The Living Meditation Project presents a unique and immersive experience: “An Ecstatic Listening Soundbath,” a one-hour event that merges deep listening, improvisation, and ecstatic meditation. This soundbath invites participants into a transformative sonic journey led by composer and performer Fahad Siadat.

This ongoing series explores the synergy between creative and spiritual practices, creating a space where music becomes a tool for meditation and transcendence. The soundbath incorporates a variety of musical elements, including drones, rhythmic patterning, and free improvisation, designed to guide participants into a trance-like or transcendental state of consciousness.

Attendees are encouraged to engage with the music, either by bringing their own voices or instruments to join in, or by simply immersing themselves in the soothing, meditative sounds. Whether you actively participate or prefer to relax and absorb the soundscapes, this event offers a profound opportunity for inner exploration and healing.
